We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 503 Style Prints. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Return & Exchange Policy for custom designs

At 503 Style Prints, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our custom t-shirts. We understand that occasionally, a customer may need to return or exchange a product. To facilitate this process, we have established the following return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns:

- Custom-designed t-shirts are only eligible for returns or exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our end.

- Returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing caused by customer error cannot be accepted.
2. Notification:

- Customers must notify our customer service team within seven (7) days of receiving the product regarding any issues or concerns.

- To initiate the return process, customers can contact us via phone, email, or through our website. Our customer service team will guide them through the necessary steps.

3. Condition of the Product:

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the custom t-shirt must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damages or alterations made by the customer (excluding manufacturing defects).
3. Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return packages.

- Any customs fees or charges incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:

- If the return is approved, customers will have the option of receiving a refund or exchanging the product for a new one.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

- Exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Processing Time:

- Please allow up to 10 business days for the return or exchange process to be completed once the returned product is received.
6. Non-Returnable Items:

- Due to their personalized nature, custom t-shirts with designs approved by the customer are non-returnable.

- Clearance or sale items are also non-returnable.
